  • Q: What type of payment can I use?
    A: You can pay via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover) through PayPal or a PayPal Account.
  • Q: Which countries do you deliver to?
    A: We only deliver within Singapore at the moment.
  • Q: What are the delivery charges?
    • Orders below $150 are subject to a $15 delivery charge.
    • Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend a minimum of $150
    • Express deliveries will be charged at $30
  • Q: How long will it take for my wine to be delivered?
    • Same Day Delivery: (for orders received before 12pm on working days)
      • Mondays to Fridays: 3pm – 7pm
      • Saturdays: 1pm – 5pm
    • Next Working Day Delivery*: (for orders received after 12pm on working days)
      • Mondays to Fridays: 10am – 1pm
      • Saturdays: 1pm – 5pm
      • For orders received after 12pm on Saturday, delivery will be on Monday between 3pm – 7pm.
    • Express 2-hour Delivery (available for orders before 3pm on weekdays and before 12pm on Saturdays only)
    • No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Q: What is our showroom operating hours?
    • Mondays to Fridays 10am to 8pm.

  • Q: How do I buy online?
    A: For first time users,
    • You can purchase without creating an account. On check out, just provide your contact, billing and shipping information.
    • You can register your account upon check out by clicking on the Create an account? checkbox after providing your contact, billing and shipping information.
    For registered users, log in using your username and password On check out, your saved contact, billing and shipping information will be used. Afterwards, you can choose to pay either through Credit Card via PayPal or a PayPal Account.

    A: You can view your cart by clicking My Cart at the top left corner of the Desktop Website and under the search box on the Mobile Website.

    To add an item, simply click the Add or Add to cart buttons.

  • Q: I am looking for a certain wine but it is not listed on the website. How can I get them?
    A: Unfortunately not all the wines that we carry are available on the website yet. You can email us at or call 6479 4506 to check if the wine is available.

    A: Simply log in to your account and click on the My Cellar link (beside the My Cart link) to check your order history. If you have any specific questions about your order, please email us at or call 6479 4506.
  • Q: How do I cancel an order?
    A: Once you have received an email notifying that the order is being processed, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. You can call 6479 4506 for more information regarding your order.
