Smoky toasty oak aromas with succulent and fleshy mid palate with flavours of blackberries and red currants. Complex and elegant with soft tannins on the finish, hints of Nori seaweed, bayleaf and lapsong tea. Similar profile to many Bordeaux Cabernets.  

The Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent wine with layers of classy French oak seamlessly integrated with smooth berry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, with smooth and silky tannins, harnessing the ripeness of the fruit streamlining the shape with a long, lingering mouthwatering finish.  

Rich expressive perfume of preserved pears, cloves and brioche, followed by fresh white peaches, green pears and nougat. Layers of complexity from time in new oak and on lees give freshness and vitality to the this style.
