Smoky toasty oak aromas with succulent and fleshy mid palate with flavours of blackberries and red currants. Complex and elegant with soft tannins on the finish, hints of Nori seaweed, bayleaf and lapsong tea. Similar profile to many Bordeaux Cabernets.  

Characters of dark fruit like blackberry, plums, with hint of chocolate mint and smoky aromas and fruity sweetness and soft tannins.

A pale straw yellow colour with a clear hue. The wine shows delicate white peach fruits with cinnamon spice and a creamy lime lees complexity. The palate is pure and fine with great balance of acidity, phenolic and fruit weight. Lime sorbet-like acidity gives freshness and crunch. Brioche like lees

Quite dense in colour, with youthful purple tints. The nose shows briary red berries and cedar cigar box, and on the palate dark red fruits, chocolate and a firm but balanced tannins. A very approachable Cabernet Merlot true to the Seville style.

Aroma of plum and blackberries with hint of pepper. Flavours of mulberry, blackberry and plum flavours with earthy complexities and hints of liquorice. Velvety tannins with long satisfying finish

Glowing straw green colour wine with aromas of sweet lime, pear and grapefruit with vanilla cream and spice notes. Perfect composition between fruit and acidity with vitality and freshness.

Aroma of vibrant citrus and zest with delicate citrus palate and fine minerality with great line and length.

   

Sourced exclusively from the small family run Ablington Vineyard. It was pressed straight to barrel and allowed to ferment using the native yeast of the vineyard, helping to add another dimension to the wine. Aged for 9 months on lees in old French oak barriques to show the true expression
