Region Info/ Origin
South Australia is a state defined by extreme wilderness, including a Southern Ocean coastline lined by the sheer cliffs of the Great Australian Bight, the empty expanse of the Nullarbor Plain and the vast, inhospitable Outback desert. Its sedate capital, Adelaide, nicknamed the "City of Churches" for its history of religious diversity, is neighboured by the vineyards of the Barossa Valley.
