Indómita was built in the year 2001 and it is located in the Casablanca Valley, 70 kilometers from Santiago and 40 kilometers from Valparaíso, in Chile. Indómita has a capacity of 4 million litres in stainless steel tanks and a guardroom built on the hill with a capacity for 2000 oak barrels of 225 litres each. In this room, the temperature and humidity are naturally regulated. Indómita also has first line technology and professionals, which allows it to elaborate wine of world quality with the highest standard.

The Chile vineyard stretches eastward from Santiago to the Andes and westward to the coast to form three distinct sectors of the Maipo Valley best known for its well-balanced red wine.
