Indómita was built in the year 2001 and it is located in the Casablanca Valley, 70 kilometers from Santiago and 40 kilometers from Valparaíso, in Chile. Indómita has a capacity of 4 million litres in stainless steel tanks and a guardroom built on the hill with a capacity for 2000 oak barrels of 225 litres each. In this room, the temperature and humidity are naturally regulated. Indómita also has first line technology and professionals, which allows it to elaborate wine of world quality with the highest standard.

The Central Valley (El Valle Central) of Chile is one of the most important wine-producing areas in South America in terms of volume. It is one of the largest wine regions, stretching from the Maipo Valley (just south of Santiago) to the southern end of the Maule Valley. The Central Valley is home to a variety of grapes, but plantings are dominated by the internationally popular Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Chile's 'icon' grape, Carmenere, is also of importance here, just as Malbec is to Mendoza, on the other side of the Andes. The cooler corners of the Central Valley are being increasingly developed, as winemakers experiment with varieties such as Viognier, Riesling and even Gewurztraminer.
