Description/ Tasting Notes

A re-intepretation of classic Piccini wine into a intensely fruity, soft and fresh wine.

Winery Info/ Brand

Piccini was born from a small family enterprise of only 7 ha to begin, but guided only by passion for winemaking transmitted from the generation to generation since 1882 until today. Piccini has been a leader of change and innovation in Tuscany , always following closely and almost religiously the words of the first Piccini family member that started this extraordinary wine story that lasts for over 126 years. The estate, developed from only 7 ha in 1882, is now main headquarter of Piccini Group, managing 400 ha of vineyards situated in the main wine areas of Tuscany, with a special focus on Chianti and Chianti Classico.

Region Info/ Origin

Tuscany is a region in central Italy which produces wine, including Chianti, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Morellino di Scansano and Brunello di Montalcino. Having a strong linguistic and cultural identity, it is sometimes considered "a nation within a nation". Tuscany is recognised globally as one of the most prolific wine regions in Europe. Where its vineyard is, the terroir produces a comprehensive range for friends of the world and with its various styles of wine-making.
