Description/ Tasting Notes
Beautifully perfumed and lifted showing red berry fruits, spice and hint of sweet nutty oak. The wine is complex showing cherry/ strawberry fruits matched with more earthy characters of rhubarb and nutmeg. Whole bunch fermentation adds lift, savouriness and texture to the wine. The tannins are fine and supple while the acidity adds freshness and length to the finish. A great Pinot Noir that (while young) deserves a decanter before showing its true potential.
