"This Catalan region by the Mediterranean, of a warm weather and smooth terrains, is where wineries cultivate the main varieties to produce top-quality cava: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello. They are accompanied by the Chardonnay grape, of French origin, which provides elegance and aroma. Villa Conchi, the cava brand of our group, is made in the heart of the Penedès. Its freshness and vibrant personality owe much to the harmony and purity of environment. In addition, its presentation has a lot to do with the true vocation of cava: celebration and pleasure."
