New Zealand
Located in New Zealand’s North Island, the Wairarapa wine region is split into three sub-regions: Masterton, Gladstone and Martinborough. Vineyards here have stony, free-draining soils, and are located on high alluvial terraces. Low rainfall, sunny days and cool nights characterise Wairarapa’s climate. These three regions produce wines in a variety of styles, including their flagship Pinot Noir - known for its elegance and high quality, and their aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.-
