Hand harvested fermented in open pots using the native yeast of the vineyard which helps to add another dimension and greater complexity to the wine. The wine was aged for 18 months on lees in a mixture of new and old French oak barriques to be a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine is made using wild yeasts and some whole clusters, then aged for 12 months in 65% French oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The resulting wine is wonderfully complex with earthy tannins, sweet, ripe fruit and fabulous complexity.

Deep ruby red colour, very intense and brilliant. Very typical nose of small red fruits (cherry, raspberry), combined with floral notes of violet. Rich and delicate with fine tannins, it also shows a good structure.

Intense, lively and bright ruby colour wine with aromas of black cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant. Youthful bouquet, with light herbal sensation and stylish coating of vanilla. On the palate it is intense, full bodied with fresh fruit as its main character. Velvety, elegant tannins with a long and complex persistency.

Strong ruby red with a light amber sheen, clear and transparent. Notes of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant combined with notes of Slavonia oak. Elegant and robust structure with good acidity. The after-taste confirms the character of the bouquet.

Finely knit Champagne with well-cut acidity that frames notes of Asian pear, white cherry, silvered almond and fleur de sel. Medium to full-bodied, bright and precise, with a pillowy mousse and penetrating finish.    

Subdued and elegant expression with notes of soft cherry and spice. Aged in barrique on its sediments for about 18 months. Results in a rather loosely knit wine bringing out dark fruit, spice, toasted nut, and some candied orange peel at the back. The effect is soft and smooth, and
