Description/ Tasting NotesExpressive, open on aromas of white peach, white melon, sweet almond and a touch of lychee. A nice round attack with a touch of sweetness; a dense body that envelops the palate well; a discreet acidity that brings balance and a drier finish that reveals aromas of roasted pineapple.

Region Info/ Origin
Alsace is a northeastern French region on the Rhine River plain. Bordering Germany and Switzerland, it has alternated between German and French control over the centuries and reflected a mix of the two cultures. Its capital, Strasbourg, is centred on the Ill River's Grand Ïle island, bordered by canals and home to the Gothic Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, with its animated astronomical clock.
